Welcome to MrQ Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products and services available at mrq.com. By registering an account or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. We encourage you to read this document carefully before using our services. Here at MrQ Casino, we are licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 60629, covering customers residing in Great Britain. Our licence is held by Tek Fox Ltd. You can verify our licence status at gamblingcommission.gov.uk. Our in-house game studio is Goosicorn, which develops exclusive titles available only on our platform. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Who Can Register

We do not permit players from Restricted Jurisdictions to register or use our services. Additionally, any person who is under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using our platform. 2.2 One Account Policy

We strictly enforce a one-account-per-customer policy at MrQ Casino. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. All bonuses, free bets and winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided, all future bets cancelled, and deposits will not be refunded — only the balance at the time of identification will be returned. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact us immediately at support@mrq.com.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

Our Mr Q Casino platform prohibits the following activities:

  • Using a VPN, proxy or any location-masking service to access your account
  • Professional or systematic play designed to exploit our systems
  • Funding your account using a third party's payment method or business funds
  • Using a credit card or an e-wallet funded by a credit card
  • Operating joint accounts or business accounts, including business PayPal
  • Playing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to wager real money
  • Using bots, software manipulation or exploiting loopholes

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

If a payment method is not listed here, it is not available on our platform. We do not accept credit cards under any circumstances. 3.2 Withdrawals

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using our MrQ Casino platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms.
